L'Etat Allemand ne rembourse pas les perruques des chauves
BERLIN (Reuters) - Une cour d'appel du land de Rhénanie-Palatinat a débouté un homme qui, arguant d'une calvitie précoce remontant à son enfance, réclamait le remboursement de sa perruque par la sécurité sociale.
Cette dernière avait refusé de le défrayer en stipulant qu'elle ne fournissait un "substitut de chevelure à long terme" qu'aux seules femmes et personnes mineures.
"La fonction de protection des cheveux contre les rayons du soleil et le froid peut être aisément remplacée par un couvre-chef", a soutenu la juridiction d'appel dans son arrêt. "La sécurité sociale n'a pas à acquitter ce type de dépenses".
Le système allemand de couverture de soins de santé est particulièrement généreux, finançant par exemple des cures thermales ou des implants mammaires.
